In the dance studio, Rosa seeks to create a supportive, compelling,
light-hearted, and multifaceted atmosphere, where students are encouraged to move with clarity of intent, find their personal interpretation of the material given to them, and push their limits while working in an anatomically sound way.

“Rosa is a fabulous teacher. Her analogies and descriptions are excellent and her willingness to help all students progress is appreciated.”

“Having some dance background, I think Rosa is a superb instructor. She had something new to offer me: new perspective, new choreography, different ways of explaining things. She is encouraging and offers a lot of constructive criticism.”

Rosa's creative work:

"... aims to question, to investigate; not for the sake of finding permanent truths, but to discover temporary solutions. Our reality and our bodies change every moment, and I am fascinated by how we relate to this unstable and ultimately unknowable world.
I see dance as a poetic body language; it articulates through metaphor, abstraction and imagery. Both as a performer and choreographer I aspire to communicate directly and intimately with the audience, finding the essence of whatever it is I choose to convey. "

"My movement vocabulary reflects my eclectic background. I incorporate various dance techniques, yoga, contact improvisation, text, and pedestrian movement in my choreography as well as creative contributions from the dancers"
